Good for you for making hard decisions and having difficult conversations in order to do what is best for Sophie. I'm sure it is tempting to cut him out of her life, although he's done a great job of that himself. You are allowing her to learn what she wants and giving her the power to say "no". As she gets older, she will see the truth about her bio dad and hopefully know his bad behavior was all on him and she was in no way to blame. Stay strong!
