I completely agree. I had no idea. So, I think you are hinting that it is plausible that Chris Rock did not know about her medical condition and may have thought her baldness was simply a personal choice. I have read that is what claims. I hope that is true.

This brings up an interesting point about motivations on both sides. If Chris Rock did not know, he was simply making an innocent joke. I don't follow Chris Rock but have heard he is not really known for his discretion, so would he have stooped that low if he did know?

I think we can all agree that Will Smith lost his cool and there were better ways he could have handled the situation. It is undeniable that he committed assault. In a few months, or years, will this action be seen as yet another symptom of a bigger situation within our society or just another instance of bad celebrity behavior?
