It is a good service. They are trying hard to deal with packaging and recycling issues, which is really nice to see. They have stopped using insulation for the winter, are using smaller boxes with info printed on them about buying carbon offsets, and in theory, the ice packs can be emptied and recycled. I find them hard to clean and deal with, though, so that is still a tough one, as is all the small packaging for ingredients. Is it more than if I were buying bigger packs? Maybe….but maybe not.
