It was so interesting hearing about your Hello Fresh experience. We've been using them for over 3 years now, fairly regularly. I think the quality and delivery problems may depend upon your region. We have almost never had any quality problems or delivery issues. We live near Portland, Oregon. Upon occasion a garlic clove or something small will be missing, but not usually much of an issue. When we have had problems, if it seemed important, we contacted customer service and they offered a refund.

I agree there should be healthier options and some need more veggies. We also tend to order the same types of meals again and again, but we also cook the same types of food repeatedly if we aren't using Hello Fresh, so I will take responsibility for that one.

Here was my take on Hello Fresh almost three years ago. We're still using them, so haven't been discouraged. It's been especially nice during Covid as it cuts down on shopping for sure!
