You will! As you get older, you care less and less about what others think, especially strangers who are judging you by your appearance. I'm a lesbian and have been out for over 30 years. It is amazing that there can even be a conversation about being bi. Not all that long ago, just the simple mention of a plaid shirt screamed lesbian, but now it is apparently bi gear. Strangely, I see it as progress.

Clothing has felt to me a bit like a way into a group, if that is what you seek, but I don't think it has to work that way. If you are bi and dress a certain way, THAT is how bi people dress because you actually are the authority. It's like being a writer. If you write, then whatever you do is what writers do. Be proudly YOU!
